Experience Is Most Valuable
When You Can Share It.

I've spent much of my career building businesses, leading teams, solving problems and learning from both the successes and the mistakes along the way.

Today, I enjoy using those experiences to help others—whether that's talking through a business challenge, helping someone develop as a leader, sharing an idea or putting something I've learned into writing.

I’ve been fortunate to learn from a lot of people throughout my life and career, and I believe some of the most valuable lessons we learn are the ones we can pass along to someone else.

To me, coaching and mentoring isn't about telling someone what to do. It's about listening, asking questions, sharing experiences and helping someone think through where they are—and where they want to go.

Whether it’s business, leadership, career decisions or simply navigating what comes next, sometimes another perspective and a good conversation can make a difference.

Some Lessons Are Worth Putting on Paper.

Writing gives me another way to share things I’ve learned, experienced or simply found interesting along the way.

Some of what I write comes from business and leadership. Some comes from personal experience. And sometimes it comes from a subject I’ve spent years studying—like blackjack.

The topics may be different, but the purpose is much the same: share something useful, thought-provoking or enjoyable with someone else.
